Terms and Conditions Dortuna – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1 Definitions and General Terms

In this document, "Dortuna", "we" or "Platform" refers to the website and services operated under the domain dortuna.net. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who registers for or uses Dortuna services.

"Account" refers to the personal account registered in your name to access Dortuna services. "Balance" refers to the total funds in your account, comprising real money (funds you deposited or received as cash wins) and bonus money (funds granted through promotions). "Wagering requirement" or "turnover" is the betting requirement that must be met before winnings from bonus money can be withdrawn.

These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Dortuna. In the event of any conflict between the general terms and specific game rules or promotional conditions, the more specific rules shall apply.

2 Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use Dortuna's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• Be a resident or citizen of Malaysia who is legally eligible to participate in online gambling activities.
• Is not currently subject to a self-exclusion or third-party exclusion from any responsible gambling programme.
• Register only one account in your own name — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Dortuna reserves the right to request identity document verification (KYC) at any time. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and involves submitting documents such as a valid national ID or passport.

Dortuna reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend accounts suspected of not meeting eligibility requirements without providing reasons.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal

Dortuna supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure channels.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed automatically and your balance is credited instantly once payment is confirmed.
• Dortuna does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM10.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for accounts that have fully completed KYC.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require approval from the Dortuna team.
• No daily withdrawal limit is set for accounts that have completed KYC. For withdrawals of very large amounts, additional verification may be required as a standard security measure.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Dortuna offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, and loyalty programs. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, clearly stated on the respective promotions page.

Important information about Dortuna bonuses:

1. All bonuses are subject to the stated wagering (turnover) requirements. These requirements must be met before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
2. Bonus money and real money balances are displayed separately in your account to ensure full transparency.
3. Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion, unless otherwise stated.
4. Dortuna reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through unfair means, abuse, or fraud.

5 Game Rules and Results

All games offered on the Dortuna platform — including video slots, fish shooting games, bingo, and other games — use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been audited by a qualified independent body. This ensures every game result is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including Dortuna itself.

Important rules regarding gameplay:

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, the session will be restored to the last state confirmed by the system.
• Dortuna is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the player's end.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is as stated by the respective game provider and can be viewed in the game information.
• Dortuna reserves the right to remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Dortuna platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account at any time is prohibited. Each individual, IP address, device, payment method, or home address may only be associated with one active account.
• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit software bugs, or use deliberate strategies to exploit bonus price discrepancies is prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using the Dortuna platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Use of bots and automated software: Using any automated software, bots, or tools to play or interact with the platform is prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Repeatedly claiming bonuses using different information, or colluding with other players to exploit the bonus system, is prohibited.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

Dortuna reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and without prior notice if:

• Account suspected of involvement in prohibited activities as specified in Clause 6.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be false or fraudulent.
• The user violates any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Dortuna is required to do so for security, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Dortuna support team. Prior to closure, all eligible real money balances will be processed for withdrawal following standard procedures, subject to full KYC verification.

For accounts closed due to fraud or breach of terms, Dortuna reserves the right to forfeit all balances including real money and bonus money without any compensation.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Dortuna takes user privacy very seriously. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

In short, Dortuna:

• Does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
• Storing all data in encrypted form using AES-256 security standards.
• Sharing information only when required by law or for the purpose of processing your payments.
• Granting you the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.

9 Limitation of Liability

The Dortuna platform is provided "as is". While we strive to keep the platform available and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or downtime.

Dortuna is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gameplay activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Dortuna's control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or unavoidable cybersecurity incidents.
• Losses incurred as a result of the user breaching these terms and conditions.
• Any act or omission by third parties engaged by Dortuna to provide services, such as payment providers or game providers.

In any circumstance, Dortuna's maximum liability to you is limited to the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

Dortuna reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via in-app notifications or their registered email.

Continued use of the Dortuna platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all real money balances.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
